Return Policy

Your satisfaction is important to us. We will gladly accept returns for any Dr. Brandt skincare product sold during our GMA sale. If the purchase was made from a different website or retail store, please return items back to the original location.

To make your return request please contact our Customer Support team via email to help@drbrandt.com or via our toll free number (800) 234-1066 to receive a return label via email. All return labels will be a flat rate of $5.99, deducted from the order’s refund.

Please ensure you meet the below requirements before submitting your request.

Products must be returned within 30 days of the purchase delivery date.

We cannot accept returns on over half used or empty products. Exchanges will be only accepted for defective products or shipping errors made on our end.

If you received damaged merchandise, please retain the box, packaging and all contents and contact us as soon as possible for assistance. A replacement will not be allowed on damage to outer cartons/packaging only, unless damage is made to item itself.

For your protection and to ensure prompt delivery, please process your return/exchange request, using our provided pre-paid return label. We are not responsible for return packages that are lost in transit or without a tracking number.
